Standards

Designed for athletes new to competition. Movements are adapted to be accessible without sacrificing intensity. Ideal if you've been training for less than a year or it's your first competition.

For athletes with competition experience and a solid command of functional movements. Fluency in gymnastics and moderate-to-heavy loads is expected.
